The Mellons are a Utah baroque-pop quartet who invoke the late-60’s golden age with a floral concoction of full-bodied melodies, tender harmonies, and maximalist production. Based out of Salt Lake City, the group channel the sunshine-drenched good vibrations of Brian Wilson, the British Invasion, & the orchestral stylings of harmony groups like The Left Banke, The Association, and The Millenium. We will talk to them about their inspirations, up to and including The Monkees!
